The first day of us; before going to work I feed him some milk that was what I got the idea. I left him alone in an apartment. I returned home in the evening once the door was opened, what I saw was a puppy was shaking with fear, he was very, very glad to see me again.

He seems desperate to find one all day. But then it becomes like a near-death survival. The most precious thing in his life it was me, I felt him. I held him in my arms and soothe him. He licked on my face. In that time, I felt regret to leave him stay alone. In the end, I decided to take him at work every day. . (I learnt later time that, licking is the way to express love of this little dog. Ciaka would never lick other people except me and Kris. He normally preserves himself but still be friendly.)

I hold him in one hand while getting up the bus. Nobody could notice him because he tucked away between the arm and trunk of mine.  At work; because of comfortable air so, he most asleep on my desk some time I put him on a sofa. He never annoys anyone.

One day, I noticed something black and very small was walking around my desk, may be dog fleas. I stopped working and start killing them all. I stared at Ciaka, every time dog fleas walk out from his body then they would be killed and killed. For protecting all of us I got a product for killing dog fleas at my apartment too.

A week passed, he began to recognize his own bed and not walked around my bed anymore. What he liked was sitting and sleeping on my lap every time I sat on the floor or sofa, he often did that. Every day we both took ferry to crossing The Chao Praya River (next to Thai Gulf); he really love standing on a gunwale with a dignified looks, the way he turned his face upwards against the wind, his ears were blown (by the wind).

Amazed for a one month old puppies! I never get an idea to find a book about how to take care dog. Fortunately, People at the pier also like him. She suggested me about how to take care of Poodle such as the right place for sleeping and excretion, foods, bathing and more. She is very kind.

Few weeks later, I started giving him grilled chicken liver. He enjoyed with a new food and ate a lot. When he reached the age of one month; I gave him a bath and dried his fur. I checked up on the floor and walls to make sure it would not have fleas or ticks.

He had more teeth and began gnawing things in the room such as shoe boxes, wardrobes and beds. It needed to keep our stuffs out of reach of him, sometime I put him in a basket and lay it on the counter bar, so he could not destroy anything. I got the idea to buy him some chew instead. It was a fake bone.

When it came to two months he grew up then a cashier of the bus easy noticed him, she didn't allow me to get up the bus with pet like ever. So, Ciaka was left to be alone once again. But this time, he was not in fear anymore. He learned to stay alone with love and warmth from me. Every morning, he sent me to the door.

He was standing and looking at me with realized that he could meet me in the evening. No any fear and mourn in his eyes any more. He was actually much stronger. "See you then…little boy". I shut the door and leaving to work....
